She is survived by: her spouse Joseph Helmberger; her child Douglas Pilgrim; her child-in-law Robin Pilgrim; and her grandchildren, Brock Pilgrim, Kendell Pilgrim, Madeleine Pilgrim, Georgia Pilgrim, Jean and Europe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Perkins Home for the Blind, 175 North Beacon Street, Watertown MA 02472.
