He is survived by: his wife Emily (Squires); his siblings, Joe (Lisa), Tom (Joni), Kevin (Kathy), Nancy (Jack), Mary, Husband Genefson, Maureen (Mohammed), John (Norma) and Paul (Joss); and his parents, Thomas O'Keefe and Frances O'Keefe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
