He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Hirsch and Alice Hirsch (Nunn); his siblings, George Hirsch and Jane Schirmer (Hirsch); and his wife Janice Hirsch (Lacombe).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joyelle, Caitlin, Amanda, Tyler, Daniel, Jared, Samantha, Matthew, Christopher and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Finn, Kate, Nuala, Lilyana, Ayla of Tess, AJ, Emma, Elijah, Eloise and Charlie.
