She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben E. Chase and Sarah L. Chase (Smith); her brother Stephen; and her sister-in-law Nancy Chase. She is survived by: her children, Michael T. Breault (Mary Breault), Laura E. Breault of Hull, MA, Kathleen M. Dunn (Kevin Dunn), Douglas M. (Debra Breault) and Gregory P. (Cristina Breault); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Amelia, Douglas, Rachel, Shannon, Jack, Davy, Bella, Hunter and Chloe Breault.
