He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Amonte (Matthew) and Matthew Hersey; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hersey, Sophia Hersey, Avery Amonte and Grace Amonte; and his siblings, Roger L. Hersey Jr., Janet Andrews and Marilyn MacDonald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
