He is survived by: his wife Paula Fairbank (Murphy); his children, Douglas Fairbank of Florida, Dawn Hurley Fairbank of Hanover and Frederick Bruce Fairbank; his stepchildren, Philip, George (Sheila), Laura and Lisa Mackertich; his grandchildren, Brian (Jennifer) and Jessica Fairbank; and his sister Marge Walburn of Florida.
