She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Sherman Waterman; her sons, Mark L. Waterman (Maurene) of Houston and Arthur S. Waterman (Marcia) of New Orleans; and her grandchildren, Anna, Sara Jane, Wendy and Daniel. She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
