She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Komorowski and Lucy Komorowski; and her husband Joseph T. Massimo. She is survived by: her children, Thomas G. Massimo (Claire) of Hingham, Richard Massimo (Christine Evans) of Washington, D. C and Florence. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Florence's name to American Red Cross or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
