He was predeceased by: his child Mark Silverio; his parent Ralph Silverio; and his sibling John Silverio. He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Silverio (Healey) of Hingham; his children, Susan Sontag (Jack) of Carver, Pamela Silverio of Mansfield, Paula Vlachos of Mansfield, Craig Silverio of Mansfield, Alisa Holliday of Florida and Anita Goldman of Maine; his parent Anita Rea Silverio D'Amore; and his siblings, Theresa Paulicelli and Joseph Silverio. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
