He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Folsom Pitcher and Roberta Pitcher (Hardy). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hampton Pitcher; his children, Donald Folsom Pitcher III of Great Barrington, MA and Sara Hampton Pitcher of Boston, MA.; his sister Jane Wheeler (Pitcher); and his brother-in-law George L. Hampton III. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
