He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Milley and Sophie Milley (MacQuarrie). He is survived by: his wife Freda Milley (MacDougall); his daughter Barbara Gorczyca (Gary); his grandsons, Alexander and Nicholas; and his sister Evelyn Isbell (Milley) of Titusville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
