He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Dodd and Virginia Dodd (MacArthur); his wife Karen Dodd (Mazzotta); his children, Laura and Ellie Dodd of Hingham; and his siblings, James Dodd (Jean) of Quincy, Steven Dodd (Patricia) of Quincy, Susan Tabak (Joseph) of Weymouth and Andrew Dodd of Quincy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Scituate Animal Shelter or Shultz's Guest House in Dedham.
