He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Nelson and Muriel Nelson (Sabean); his former wife Elaine Nelson; his children, Meredith Nelson (Donna Crepeau), Spencer Nelson and Laurie Nelson; his grandchildren, Eugene Crepeau, Anthony D'Amelio, Hannah Nelson, Spencer Nelson and Cameron Nelson; his sister-in-law Linda Nelson; his nephews, Jeffrey and Brad Nelson; and his sibling R. Terry Nelson.
