He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fabrizio and Josephine Fabrizio. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Fabrizio (Green); and his children, Diana (Duxbury), Anthony, Keri (Hingham), Albert, Kyle (Norwell), Lisa, Greg Beavan (Daniel), Brian, Dani (Norwell) and Stephen.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in gratitude to Brigham and Women's Hospital to support the Structural Heart Disease Research and Education Fund.
