It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tom Carlson (Heath, Massachusetts), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Carlson and Phyllis Carlson (Sweet); and his father-in-law Robert S. Provost. He is survived by: his wife Robyn (Provost); his children, Rebecca (Mike) and Douglas (Crystal); his grandchildren, Evan, MaKayla and Oliver; his siblings, Linda McNeary (Matthew) of North Carolina, Guy Welles of Florida and John Carlson (Connie) of Utah; his mother-in-law Marcia Provost; and his brother-in-law Robert D. Provost (Jessica) of Leyden, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
