With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tad Lucchesi of Haverhill, Massachusetts, born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 47. He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Lucchesi; and his daughter Avastacia Lucchesi. He is survived by: his parents, Candyce Lucchesi and Paul Lucchesi; his siblings, Kristopher Lucchesi, Nick Lucchesi, Jeff Perkins and Stacie Lucchesi; his stepdaughter Madison Savoy; his son Jacob; his stepchildren, Kara Workman and Eddie Couture; his nephew Liam Lucchesi; and his niece Julianna Lucchesiand. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
