She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barrett and Lorraine Hargraves (Crossman). She is survived by: her husband Joseph G. Kanan, Sr.; her sons, Joseph Jr. (Lindsay Roche) of Haverhill and Daniel M. (Alexis) of Haverhill; her siblings, Eric Barrett of Maine and Pamela Plaisted (Scott) of Hampton, NH; and her grandchildren, Braedan Jaber, Calin Jaber Michael Kanan, Isabella Kanan, Emalynn Kanan and Joseph Liam Kanan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
