He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael of Derry, NH and Norma Bates of Haverhill. He is survived by: his parents, Norman N. Cunningham and Marion A. Cunningham (Tobey); his wife Carla Vachowski of Haverhill; his sister Cynthia Leavitt (Francis "Buddy" Gemelli) of Sanford, ME; his siblings-in-law, Susan Cunningham of Derry, NH and John Bates of Haverhill; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Cunningham, Erin Cunningham, Jill Shepherd, Jeffrey Shepherd, Lindsey, Bobby, Mitchell Leavitt, Matthew Shepherd and Brendan Bates.
