She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Jack" Bernstein and Ethel May Bernstein (Podworsky). She is survived by: her sons, Bradford and Haverhill. She is also survived by several friends, colleagues and caregivers.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the Haverhill Boys & Girls Club.
