He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hackbarth and Jean Hackbarth (Lostocco). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hackbarth (Reardon); his daughters, Kristi Melvin (Joshua Melvin) and Laura Hackbarth; his sister Robin Kelleher (Bob Kelleher); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Evelyn and Joshua Jr.. He is also survived by his aunts, uncle and cousins.
