Rowell, III of Haverhill, MA; his siblings, Carl J. Rowell of Dover, NH, Barbara Jean Rowell of Haverhill, MA, Regina A. Rowell (Rhonda Harriman) of Newton, NH and Darlene R. Miller (Steven) of Bradford, MA; and his niece Lydia A. Miller of Bradford, MA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.
