He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Rowell, Sr. and Barbara Ann Rowell (Papavacil). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Rowell; his son Robert C. Rowell, III of Haverhill, MA; his siblings, Carl J. Rowell of Dover, NH, Barbara Jean Rowell of Haverhill, MA, Regina A. Rowell (Rhonda Harriman) of Newton, NH and Darlene R. Miller (Steven) of Bradford, MA; and his niece Lydia A. Miller of Bradford, MA. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the H. L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home - Haverhill (106 Summer St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Hearts Church (165 S Main St, Haverhill, MA 01835).
