With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert A. McConihe of Haverhill, Massachusetts, born in Waltham, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert A. may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia A. Olpaka; and his grandson Sean Robert McConihe. He is survived by: his wife Regina M. McConihe (Moncousky); his children, Gerard T. McConihe (Lisa) and Laurie Vafides; his sister Martha Rice; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Joshua, Jacob and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
