We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2021, at the age of 91, Richard A. Cook Jr. of Haverhill, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A Cook and Cecile Cook (Vigeant); his sister Shirley; and his brother-in-law Arthur Smith. He is survived by: his wife Helen Cook (Rabuska); his children, Steven (Peggy Cook), Kevin (Diane Cook) and Diane; his son-in-law Bruce Richardson of Haverhill; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Jean Cook of Haverhill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
