She was predeceased by: her spouse Sandy Basiliere; her father Patrick Mowbray; and her sister Gail Mowbray. She is survived by: her mother Emelda Mowbray (Arsenault); her daughter Jennifer Roy (Daniel) of Salem, NH; her grandson Tyler Roy; her siblings, Edmund Mowbray (Ann) of Bedford, NH, Judy Noury (Michael) of Bradford and Rachel Bergeron of St. Samuel, Canada.; and her friend Mitzi Dicicco of Windham, NH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
