Paul S. Rubera Obituary
Paul S. Rubera, 68, of Haverhill passed away Friday at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Lawrence on July 16, 1953, son of Salvatore and Lee (Tucarella) Rubera.
Paul was educated in Seabrook schools, graduating from Winnacunnet High School.
He worked as a concrete mason and general contractor and enjoyed his time working with his cousin at Rubera Construction.
Paul loved beach and all that came with it, whether it was surfing, fishing, or just sitting in his chair watching the ocean. He also enjoyed playing chess, tennis, basketball, 45s, and most of all spending time with his grandsons.
In addition to his parents Salvatore and Lee of Englewood, FL, Paul is survived by his wife of 43 years Cynthia M. (Noone) Rubera; his son James P. Rubera and his wife Jennifer of Haverhill; twin grandsons Jack and Jesse Rubera; his sister Kathy Walker and husband Glen of Boulder City, NV; as well as his niece Jennifer Nordstrom and nephew Ray Deschesne.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the calling hours on Thursday, March 17th from 5-7 pm at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St. His funeral will be held on Friday March 18th beginning at 9:00 from the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford. Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Merrimac.
