He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Williams and Florence Williams (Sargent); and his siblings, Robert Williams, Mildred Hatt and Brenda Painten.
He is survived by: his grandson Harlan Cheney; his wife Linda Williams; his son Raymond Williams; his daughter-in-law Julie Williams (Marshall) of Plaistow, NH.; his son Kevin Williams; his daughter-in-law Belinda Williams of Raymond, NH; his adoptive daughter Sandra Mitton; his son-in-law Greg Mitton; his grandchildren, Christopher Williams of Merrimack, NH, Maggie Williams of Plaistow, NH, Katie Williams, Bethany Williams of Raymond, NH, Kathleen Williams of Plymouth, NH and Stephanie Williams of Keene, NH.; his siblings, Richard, Edward Williams of Rochester, NH and Alma Duquette; and his aunt Glenda Pearson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
