He was predeceased by: his parent Angel Oquendo. He is survived by: his mother Gladys M. Gonzalez of Haverhill; his daughters, Jacqueline Oquendo and Atina Oquendo; and his siblings, Luis A Oquendo (Maria Arce) of Haverhill, Edwin Oquendo of Haverhill, Maria Colon (Miguel) of Haverhill, Vilma J Oquendo (Jose Julio Gonzalez) of Haverhill, Irma N Oquendo of Jayuya, P. R, Eileen Oquendo, Angel Cruz of Haverhill, Rebecca Oquendo (Jaime Abreu) of Jayuya, P. R, Rosabell Oquendo of Haverhill and Amaris Oquendo (Jose Nunez) of Haverhill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
