He was predeceased by: his parents, George Noonan and Anna Noonan (Marcelonis); his siblings, Mary McElroy Allen, Gerard Noonan, Patricia Labbe and Catherine Federico; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Noonan; and his son Stephen T. Noonan.
He is survived by: his significant other Marylou (Gioioso); his sons, Michael J. and David G.; his grandchildren, Joshua, Keren, Jonathan, Daniel, Jason and Joy Noonan; and his siblings, Therese Zartarian, Anne Sarbanis and Joseph Noonan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
