He is survived by: his parents, Mary Guida and Dr. Carmine Guida; his brother Rick; his in-laws, Richard and Susan Letourneau (Larry Marcus); his wife Rachel; his children, Dexter and Abby; his brother Paul Guida (Michael Martinek) of Palm Springs, CA; his sisters-in-law, Marie Guida of Tewksbury, MA, Megan (Chad Ashworth) of North Andover, MA and Caitlyn (Will Medugno) of Haverhill, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Adriana, Jess, Alyssa, Tyler, Jason, Madelyn, Jolene, Hope and Riley.
