He is survived by: his father William Bixby of Nottingham; his girlfriend Gilda Witham of Haverhill; and his siblings, Debbie Wheeler of Nottingham, Tammy Ogren of Billerica, Lee Poulin of Brentwood and Brian of Freemont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
