She was predeceased by: her parents, Philippe Jacques and Zela Jacques (LeBlanc); and her brothers, Philip, Henry and Glen Jacques.
She is survived by: her children, John J. Cormier, Jr (Kathy) of Pilot Mountain, NC, Michael W. Cormier of Minot, ME, Philip C. Cormier of Winston-Salem, NC, Lorna P. Allen (Paul) of North Reading, MA, Audrey H. Clark of Groveland, MA and Ann M. Lambert of Winston-Salem, NC; her siblings, Norman Jacques of Killington, CT, Marie Price of Bradford, MA and Rita Brann (Paul) of Southington, CT; and her husband John Cormier. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
