He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Delmar Smith (Butcher) of Haverhill; his sons, Eric Smith and Jami Smith; and his brothers, Lenny Smith and Shawn Smith.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Aleah Smith of Haverhill; and his sister Lisa Smith of Haverhill. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
