She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Berry and Gertrude Berry (Wood); and her sister Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her sister Lorna Waters; her children, Steven, Daniel, Tristan Teal of Florida, James D. Smith, Jr. of Haverhill and Katrina A. Chapman (Keith) of Haverhill; her grandchildren, Riley Chapman, Keith Champman Jr. and Seth Chapman; her niece Crystal Alvord; and her nephew Edward Woodson.
