She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nicholas and MaryAnn Sullivan. She is survived by: her siblings, Ryan Sullivan of Weehawken, NJ, Megan Sullivan of Raymond, NH and Brenna Sullivan of Haverhill, MA; her grandmother Joyce Montisanti; her stepgrandfather Harry French; her grandfather Anthony Montisanti; her uncle Brian Kirkham; her aunt Lauren Page; and her stepfather Charles Gilbride. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the ASPCA, reflecting Kayla's passion for the welfare of animals.
