He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Lample and Carmen Salas. He is survived by: his wife Leida Lample (Ramirez); his children, Evelyn Lample (Amado Rodriguez) of Haverhill, Julio Lample Jr. of Haverhill and Carmen Yenera Lample (Carmelo Montanez) of Haverhill; his grandchildren, Edwin Ramos, Krystal Ramos, Meloney Garcia, Keifer Rodriguez, Keilynn Rodriguez, Leslie Rodriguez, Penelope Montanez and Judale Montanez; and his brothers, Luis Lample, Carlos Lample and Jose Vasquez.
