With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julio C. Vargas Guzman (Haverhill, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 9, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Epifanio Vargas Columna and Isabel Guzman Fernandez; his wife Milagros Vargas Vargas; his sons, Cesar A. Vargas of Chula Vista, CA and Julio Vargas of Plaistow, NH; and his grandchildren, Dylan Caceres and Juliette Vargas. He is also survived by six brothers and seven sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
