He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Alphie Comeau and Elizabeth Comeau (Dugas); and his sister Isabelle Comeau (Bella Lee). He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Comeau (Leveille); his daughters, Lisa Sanborn (Ed Sanborn) of Palm Harbor, Lori Comeau of Haverhill and Julie Leathers (Comeau) of Haverhill; his grandchildren, Amanda Durgin (Harold) of Haverhill, Kyle Evans (Jenelle) of Haverhill, Brian Houle of Haverhill, Carlene Houle of Haverhill and Jake Manfrates of Haverhill; his great grandchildren, Landon Evans of Haverhill, Maverick Evans of Haverhill, Avery Durgin of Haverhill and Tyler Durgin of Haverhill; and his brother David Comeau of Ipswich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.
