He is survived by: his parents, Maria Guzman-Morales and Jose Diaz, Sr.; his grandparents, Donna Guzman and Gregorio Guzman, Sr.; his siblings, Gregorio Guzman, Jr., Jalissa Diaz, Jasmine Reynoso-Diaz, Jalenna Morales, Tanasia Morales and Jose'Jojo'Morales; his children, Dominic Diaz and Joshiah Diaz; and his nieces and nephews, Julianna Figueroa, Julius Figueroa, Zavien Bueno, Zarius'Kai'Bueno and Juliette Figueroa.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help cover funeral expenses and to help his boys.
