He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Butts of Haverhill; his sister Cindy Welch; his brother-in-law Frank; and his siblings, Stacey Bednar of Haverhill, Henry Butts (Lisa) of Danvers and Stanley Bednar (Sue Souther) of Haverhill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
