He is survived by: his wife Frances Medley (Palermo) of Haverhill; his daughters, Cheryl Medley of Oakland, CA and Debbie McGuire of Haverhill; his son-in-law Edward McGuire; his son Louis Concemi; his daughter-in-law Mary of Salisbury, MA; his granddaughters, Emily R. Comcemi and Sarah Concemi Johnson (Derek Johnson); his brothers, Walter D. Medley, Jr. of Falls Church, VA and Herbert E. Medley of Portsmouth, NH; his sister-in-law Margaret Ann Medley; and his siblings, Julia M. De Veaux of Haverhill, Christine V. Turner and W. Warren Medley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
