He was predeceased by: his parents, John E., Sr. and Helen Zujewski (Languirand). He is survived by: his wife Alice T. (Sobiesielska); his children, Julianne E. Perkins (John) of Middleton, Jill E. Berube (Andrew) of Haverhill and John E., III (Maryann) of Haverhill; his grandchildren, John M. Perkins, Cameron J, Timothy J. Berube, Emily A. and Adam J. Zujewski; and his sisters, Dorothy Welch (David) of Ipswich and Helen Newhall of Saugus. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
