He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne L. Duggan (Levasseur); his parents, John Duggan and Catherine Duggan (Connors); and his sister Geraldine Bean. He is survived by: his children, David J. Duggan (Debra) of Portsmouth, RI, Lisa A. Guerin (John) of Bradford and Susan M. Lanza (Donald) of Hampstead, NH; his grandchildren, Steven Lanza, Rachel Lanza, Dr. Daniel Duggan, Rebecca Duggan and Elaina MacLean; and his great grandchildren, Jameson P. MacLean, Malea Duggan, Duke Duggan and Paisley MacLean.
