He is survived by: his girlfriend Maya Looker of Newburyport, MA; his close friend Griffen Rogers of Haverhill, MA.; his sister Sophie Welch (Derek Langlois) of Haverhill, MA; and his parents, Edward Welch of Tewksbury, MA and Margaret Winnett of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
