He was predeceased by: his daughter Janell; his grandparents, John, Leona Sonia, Daniel and Jean Rooney; and his father-in-law Donald Dutton.
He is survived by: his parents, Janice Healey (Sonia) and Daniel Rooney Jr.; his wife Christine; his stepdaughter Olivia McQuesten; his sons, Corey (Erika Rooney) and Kyle (Chrissy Rooney); his close friend David Sweeney; his mother-in-law Carol Dutton; his siblings-in-law, Michael Dutton (Camille Platt) and Dawn (Brian Johnson); and his brother Daniel Rooney Ill. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, co-workers and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Driscoll Funeral Home & Cremation Service (309 S Main St, Haverhill, MA 01835). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
