He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerorge J. Kotis and Stella C. Kotis (Misogianes); and his former wife Denise Lambert. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Kotis of North Bergen, NJ; his sister Angela Kotis Leone (Frank J. Leone, Jr.) of Seabrook Beach, NH; his grandsons, Cameron, Cyprian and Cashton; and his nieces, Cassandra Hill and Francesca Smith. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
