He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Karelitz (Marcus) and Elliott B. Karelitz. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Alison of Colorado and Dr. Robert S. Karelitz; his grandchildren, Emily and Sam of Durham; his son William B. Skaff (Jody); his grandchild Jesse of Hampton; his son Andrew P. Skaff (Jayne); his grandchildren, Sydney and Joel of Seabrook Beach; and his pet Paxten.
