Tuttle of Haverhill; and his stepbrothers, Richard S. Ball Jr. of Haverhill, Randy S. Ball of Haverhill, Ronald E. Ball of Haverhill and Rodney E. Ball of Haverhill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
