She is survived by: her parents, Edward C. Stannard and Gretchen Stannard Jr. (Miller); her husband Christopher Spurr of Poland; and her children, Bradford, Mitchell, Peyton and Griffin Spurr. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations in Heather's memory to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital in Portland, Maine.
