She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cook and Veronica Cook (Olenick); her daughter Cheryl Mitchell; and her grandson Jonathan Warner. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Warner of Haverhill; her children, Elizabeth "Liz" (Richard Murray) of Haverhill, Robert C. Warner Jr. (Christine) of Sandown, NH, Lisa Warner of Haverhill and George Warner (Christine Hamilton) of Salem, NH; her son-in-law Leejay Mitchell of Haverhill; and her grandchildren, Nathan Warner, Brett Murray, Steven Carter, Naomi Mitchell, Jason Warner and Christopher Warner Jeffrey Warner. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
