He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Files and Beatrice R. Files (Cassidy); and his wife Carmen Yolanda Files (Candelaria). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert A. Files, Sr. (Patricia) of Rochester, NH, Mary A. Files of Chester, NH, Jean Carlson (Ken) of Safety Harbor, FL and Barbara L Cramer of Brandon, FL; his son G. James Garbino; and his grandchildren, Antonio Garbino, Cassandra Garbino, Alan Shepherd, Jayne-Marie Nova Rivera, John Stephen Nova, Jennifer L. Nova and Giovanni Duran. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
